These loans were used as collateral when the related funds borrowed from the bank. This move will limit JPMorgan Chase's ability to offer loans to private credit institutions using these loans as collateral in the future. The loans that have been revalued are mainly directed towards software companies. JPMorgan Chase has tightened lending to private credit institutions.
