Our researchers have made a major breakthrough in industrial-grade TOPCon battery technology.

Researcher Ye Jichun's team at the Photonic Information Materials and Devices Laboratory of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has collaborated with JinkoSolar Co., Ltd., Soochow University, China Jiliang University, and other units to carry out joint technological research and tackle key scientific problems behind technical bottlenecks. They have proposed a new strategy of dual-sided electrical synergistic optimization, achieving a significant breakthrough in the performance of industrial-grade TOPCon solar cells. The relevant results have recently been published in the international journal "Nature Energy".
