Ping An Life Insurance recently announced that on December 19, 2025, the ninth board of directors of Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Xueze as the company's general manager. On February 28, 2026, the company received the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Mr. Wang Xueze to serve as the general manager of Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
