Reporters learned that the China Securities Industry Association recently conducted a research on the human resources management situation of the securities industry in 2025 within the industry. The aim is to comprehensively scan the current situation of human resources management in the industry, provide decision-making references for promoting the construction of the talent team in the industry, and support high-quality development. It is reported that this research includes two parts: overall research on human resources management in securities companies and special research on organizational structure management. The research results will be used to compile an "Overview of the Development of Human Resources Management in the Securities Industry by 2025," which will become an important basis for future policy formulation and strategic adjustments of securities companies. All securities companies must complete the questionnaire by March 13th.
