ST Huayang: Holding subsidiary sues Beijing Sanrenxing to recover 73.0294 million yuan in arrears.

ST Huayang announced that its controlling subsidiary, Suyuan Digital Technology Co., Ltd., is involved in a commercial dispute with Beijing Sanrenxing Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. The case has been accepted for trial by the Huairou District People's Court in Beijing, but a trial has not yet taken place. The subsidiary, as the plaintiff, is requesting the defendant to pay overdue debts of 73,029,417.90 yuan, as well as cover legal fees and other expenses. Since the case has not been settled, it is currently unclear how it will affect the company's profits.
