Yili Group announced that on March 9th, they received a notice from shareholder Hohhot Investment Co., Ltd. stating that they had pledged 11.5 million shares on March 2nd, accounting for 0.18% of the company's total share capital, for production and operation purposes. On March 6th, they released a pledge on 35.42 million shares, representing 6.58% of their shareholding and 0.56% of the company's total share capital. After this pledge and release of pledge, the shareholder has pledged a total of 181 million shares, accounting for 33.70% of their total shareholding and 2.87% of the company's total share capital. The shares released from pledge this time currently have no plans for further pledges.
