On March 10th, a residential land in Hangzhou was auctioned off, with a land area of 23,133 square meters and a planned construction area of 41,639.4 square meters. The starting price was 1.366 billion yuan. After 23 rounds of bidding, Hangzhou Baoxu Real Estate Co., Ltd. finally won the bid for the plot with a total price of 1.586 billion yuan, at a transaction price of 38,084 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 16.11%.
