Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Deputy Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Tong Jianming introduced that by 2025, the national procuratorate handled a total of 268,000 civil procuratorial cases, proposed 105,000 supervisory opinions, and continuously improved the efficiency of supervision. Among them, the proportion of handling effective civil judgments increased, with 11,000 recommendations for appeals and re-examinations, and a 90.7% rate of court decisions changed after review; corrective opinions were proposed for 39,800 instances of illegalities in civil trial activities, with a 97.4% court acceptance rate; emphasis was placed on strengthening supervision of the entire process of execution activities, conducting special supervision on final executions, proposing corrective opinions for 54,500 instances of illegalities in civil execution activities, with a court acceptance rate of 96.1%; the special action against false litigation continued to advance, supervising the correction of 5,728 cases, working with the people's court to improve the joint prevention and control mechanism, and the supervision effect continued to show.
