Novo Nordisk withdraws lawsuit against Hims & Hers, and will sell Wegovy through the latter's website.

Novo Nordisk and Hims & Hers announced on March 9th that Novo Nordisk has agreed to sell its blockbuster products Ozempic and Wegovy through the Hims platform, and Novo Nordisk will also withdraw the lawsuit filed against Hims last month. In exchange, Hims has agreed to stop promoting its generic versions of Novo Nordisk drugs. However, the company will continue to sell compounded formulations of Wegovy and Ozempic if deemed necessary by a physician. In February of this year, Novo Nordisk filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Hims & Hers for their generic drugs.
