The pledgee is Shenzhen Gaoxin Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the pledge period is until the registration of pledge release procedures is completed. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder and concerted action parties collectively hold 461 million shares, accounting for 40.39% of the total share capital of the company; and have pledged a total of 19 million shares, accounting for 4.12% of the total shares held and 1.66% of the total share capital of the company.
