In the announcement of Tongda Group, it was stated that the information disclosure obligor Shi Wanfu, based on personal fund needs, accumulated a total of 4.4323 million shares of the company through block trading and centralized bidding from November 25, 2025, to March 6, 2026, accounting for 0.84% of the total share capital. Before the change, Shi Wanfu held 30.7191 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.86% of the total share capital. After the change, the number of shares held by him decreased to 26.2868 million shares, accounting for 5.02% of the total share capital. Apart from the disclosed reduction plan, Shi Wanfu currently has no clear plans to increase or decrease the company's shares in the next 12 months.
