Kyushu Railway: Collaborating with related parties to carry out scientific research projects, raising self-funded capital of 5.67 million yuan.

Kyushu One Rail announced that the company plans to sign a research project contract with Beijing Rail Transit Operation Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. for the "Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring System Based on Voiceprint Recognition Technology", and jointly conduct research and application of the intelligent monitoring system. Kyushu One Rail will invest 5.67 million yuan of self-raised funds into the research project, with no financial transactions between the three parties. The cooperation with related parties in this research and development project constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
