President Xi Jinping's special envoy and Vice Premier of the State Council, Zhang Guoqing, will attend the second Nuclear Energy Summit.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced: President Xi Jinping's special representative, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and Vice Premier of the State Council, Zhang Gaoli, will attend the Second Nuclear Energy Summit in France from March 9th to 12th at the invitation.
