Deployment and application of 10 gigabit optical network and commercial scale of 5G-A mobile communication network will be promoted, a national integrated computing power network will be established, satellite communication, navigation, and remote sensing systems will be coordinated, and low-altitude infrastructure construction will be carried out with scenario expansion as the guide. This will provide solid support for industrial upgrading and digital development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and even longer periods.
