Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that it plans to issue A-shares to specific investors, raising a total of no more than 5.8 billion yuan, to be used for the 8x75MW back pressure unit project at the Shanshan Silicon-based New Materials Industrial Base and to supplement working capital and repay bank loans.
