Jiangsu Taicang releases the Artificial Intelligence OPC Cultivation and Development Action Plan and related policies.

On March 6th, 2026, the Taicang Investment and Cooperation Exchange Conference was held in Shanghai. At the meeting, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province released the Action Plan for Cultivating and Developing Artificial Intelligence-Related OPCs and relevant policies, focusing on cultivating three types of OPCs: innovative models, application scenarios, and ecological services. Taicang aims to become the preferred "partner city" for OPCs in the Yangtze River Delta region.
