On March 6, at the economic theme press conference of the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress, Zheng Zhajie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that together with the Ministry of Finance, the People's Bank of China and other departments, a national-level merger and acquisition fund will be established to further facilitate the exit channels for venture capital and improve the efficiency of venture capital turnover.
