Storage module manufacturer, ADATA: inventory of three major original factories close to the alert line, many cloud providers take the initiative to discuss long-term contracts.

WeiGang Chairman Chen Libai said that currently, the inventory of the three major original factories is at a safe level of about 3 to 5 weeks, close to the warning line. Prices of DRAM and NAND are rising at the same time, and it is expected that the second-quarter increase of the three major factories may reach 40%. Chen Libai said that several cloud service giants have already negotiated long-term contracts and future annual supply arrangements in advance. Some companies that were not originally WeiGang clients have also proactively contacted them due to supply shortages, seeking a more stable second source of supply outside of the original factories.
