Google updates Google Play developer settlement system: commission rate reduced from 30% to 20%

Recently, Google announced a major update that allows mobile developers on the Google Play app store to use either Google Play's billing system or other billing systems, thereby waiving the 5% regional fee. In addition, Google has adjusted the billing fee policy for the Google Play app store, reducing the commission rate for in-app purchase services from 30% to 20%, while developers participating in the "App Experience" program can receive a further reduction to 15%.
