The three shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 2.2698 million shares, accounting for 3.00%, within 3 months starting from the expiration of 15 trading days after the disclosure, of which up to 0.7566 million shares, accounting for 1.00%, will be sold through concentrated competition, and up to 1.5132 million shares, accounting for 2.00%, will be sold through bulk transactions. Each entity plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.3482 million shares, 0.9012 million shares, and 1.0204 million shares respectively. The reduction period is from March 27, 2026 to June 27, 2026.
