China Telecom is launching a global low-altitude economic capability system.

During the 2026 World Mobile Communication Congress, China Telecom's Unmanned Technology released the China Telecom AI+ "1+1+4+N" low-altitude economic capability system globally. At the same time, the four major low-altitude digital platforms, Tianyi Xingyun, Xingdun, Xingxun, and Xinghan, and the "Tianqing" low-altitude module completed their global debut.
