Guotou Silver LOF: Suspension from the market opening on March 6th until 10:30 on the same day.

Guotou UBS Fund Management Co., Ltd. announces that the secondary market trading price of the Guotou UBS Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund Class A Fund shares under the company is significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from March 6, 2026 to 10:30 on the same day, and will resume trading at 10:30 on March 6, 2026. During the suspension period, the fund redemption business will be conducted as usual. If the premium of the secondary market trading price of the fund on March 6, 2026 does not effectively decrease, the fund has the right to apply for temporary suspension of trading or extend the suspension time during trading hours through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
