On March 5th, the Shanghai Futures Exchange issued an announcement regarding the implementation of monitoring measures to restrict opening positions for some clients. On March 5th, 2026, one client reached the exchange's processing standard for the third time on relevant contracts. The trading behavior of the aforementioned client violated Article 12 of the Shanghai Futures Exchange's Management Measures for Abnormal Trading Behavior. The exchange decided to implement monitoring measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant client on the corresponding contracts. On March 5th, 2026, two groups of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the intra-day trading volume limit on relevant contracts and reached the exchange's processing standard. The trading behavior of the aforementioned clients violated Article 16 of the Shanghai Futures Exchange's Management Measures for Abnormal Trading Behavior. The exchange decided to implement monitoring measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant clients on the corresponding contracts.
