This year's Government Work Report places greater emphasis on safeguarding and improving people's livelihoods, with measures that address the concerns of the masses more directly. For example, it emphasizes that fiscal policies should focus more on supporting livelihoods, implementing plans to increase income for urban and rural residents, and increasing the proportion of government investments in people's livelihoods.
