Intel: The earliest customers for the EMIB package are expected to bring in billions of dollars in revenue in the second half of the year.

Intel's Chief Financial Officer, David Zinsner, said at the Morgan Stanley conference that they are expecting to gain EMIB and EMIB-T packaging clients as early as the second half of this year, bringing in billions of dollars in revenue.
