Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the enterprise was jointly funded by China Construction Bank Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Guiding Fund Investment Co., Ltd.
