Coca-Cola European Partners appoints Uvashni Raman as a member of the board of directors.

On March 4th local time, European Pacific Coca-Cola partner companies submitted a statement announcing the appointment of Uvashni Raman as an independent non-executive director to replace Guillaume Bacuvier. The latter will retire from the board after the company's annual shareholders' meeting on May 28th. Raman's appointment was approved on March 4th and will officially take effect on May 28th.
