LOF: Suspension of new subscriptions and regular investment plans

Huabao Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced on March 5th that, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the fund and protect the interests of fund shareholders, the fund manager has decided to suspend the subscription and regular investment business of the fund from March 6th, 2026. During the suspension period, account opening, redemption, and other transactions submitted by investors will still be processed normally. The date for resuming the subscription and regular investment business of the fund will be announced separately by the company.
