Chu Tian Expressway announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Chu Tian Expressway Investment Co., Ltd. filed a civil lawsuit against Tianfeng Tianrui Investment Co., Ltd. for a dispute over the transfer of shares in a partnership enterprise. Previously, the investment company lost in the first instance, second instance, and retrial. In December 2025, the investment company filed a civil appeal with the Wuhan City Procuratorate due to dissatisfaction with the retrial ruling and received a "Notice of Acceptance" on March 4, 2026. The amount involved in the case is 73.1233 million yuan plus other related expenses. The case has not yet been concluded, so the impact on the company's profits cannot be determined at the moment.
