Ninghu Expressway announced that on March 4th, the board of directors received a resignation letter from the executive director and general manager Wang Feng. Due to job changes, he resigned from the position of general manager, which was originally scheduled to last until June 26, 2027. On the same day, the company held a board meeting and elected Wang Feng as the chairman of the eleventh board of directors and the convener of the strategic committee, with a term consistent with the current board of directors. Wang Feng's resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company.
