The entrusted financial management period is within 12 months from the date approved by the board of directors, and the entrusted parties are banks, securities firms, asset management companies, and other financial institutions, providing high safety, good liquidity, and low-risk financial products. This matter was approved at the 26th meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors of the company, and does not require the approval of the shareholders' meeting.
