Xinda Real Estate announced that the board of directors has recently received a written resignation letter from director Ren Li. Due to his age, he will resign on the day a new director is elected at the shareholders' meeting, earlier than his original term ending on February 22, 2027. Ren Li's resignation will not result in the board of directors falling below the minimum required number of members, and will not affect the normal operation of the board. The company will promptly elect a new director to fill the vacancy, and Ren Li will continue to serve until the new director is elected. He will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after leaving, and he has no unfulfilled public commitments.
