Tianyancha business information shows that recently, Kunlun Shipping Co., Ltd. was established, with Xue Ang as the legal representative. The registered capital is 10 million RMB, and the business scope includes no-ship carrier operations, international ship agency, ship port services, international ship management, port tallying, ship leasing, container ship and general cargo ship transport between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, domestic cargo transport agency, passenger ticketing agency, domestic ship agency, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Kunlun Production and Finance Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. under China Petroleum.
