At the same time, the registered capital has increased from approximately 3.333 million RMB to approximately 3.704 million RMB. Beijing Fengshuo Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. was established in April 2020, with Ren Xiaoli as the legal representative, and its business scope includes film shooting services, film production, and TV drama production. The equity structure chart shows that the company is now jointly owned by Ren Xiaoli, Hainan Mingbai Le Management Partnership Enterprise, and the aforementioned new shareholder, with Hainan Mingbai Le Management Partnership Enterprise being jointly invested by Bai Jingting and Su Weiming.
