Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Intellectual Property Administration jointly issued the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of Science and Technology Insurance to Provide Strong Support for High-level Independent and Self-reliant Technological Innovation." With 20 specific measures, they have clearly answered the core proposition of science and technology insurance "who to protect, what to protect, and how to protect," tailor-made a full-chain risk barrier for China's scientific and technological innovation, and provided a systematic solution.
