Kingsoft Cloud Announcement: On March 3, 2026, the company signed an equity transfer agreement with Wuhan Kingsoft Cloud and Xinghan Zhilian. According to the agreement, Thunder will transfer 20% of its shares in the target company held by Wuhan Kingsoft Cloud at a price of 50 million yuan, and transfer 30% of its shares in the target company held by Xinghan Zhilian at a price of 75 million yuan.
