Joyful Home announcement, shareholder Li Xing plans to reduce his holdings by 10.93 million shares through inquiry transfer, accounting for 2.50% of the company's total share capital and 2.62% of the total share capital after deducting the shares repurchased by the company. This transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading. The recipient shall not transfer the shares within 6 months after receiving them.
