Tianyancha business information shows that recently, Magic Atom Robot Technology Co., Ltd. underwent changes in its business registration. Magic Atom founder Wu Changzheng stepped down as the legal representative and director, and was replaced by Chen Chunyu. Magic Atom Robot Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2024 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, manufacturing of industrial robots, and manufacturing of service consumer robots. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Magic Atom Robot's affiliated company, Magic Atom Robot Technology Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that recently, Wu Changzheng also stepped down as the legal representative of Magic Workshop Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and Magic Atom Robot Technology Co., Ltd.
