SoftBank announces that PayPay will start its IPO roadshow.

Japanese payment company PayPay has started its roadshow for its initial public offering in the United States; the proposed offering price is estimated to be between $17 and $20 per share. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, SMBC Nikko Securities America, and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint bookrunners.
