S&P: Assigns 'BBB+' long-term foreign currency issue rating to Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited (01788.HK) for planned issuance of US dollar notes

On March 3, Standard & Poor's assigned a "BBB+" long-term foreign currency issuance rating to Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited (abbreviated as "Guotai Junan International" 01788.HK) for its proposed issuance of US dollar-denominated floating rate notes. The above-mentioned notes will be issued under its 35 billion Hong Kong dollar medium term note (MTN) program, which has a rating of "BBB+".
