During MWC26 in Barcelona, Li Peng, Senior Vice President and President of ICT Sales and Service at Huawei, stated that human society is entering the era of the Intelligent Body Internet, with networks as the main actors. With a base of 9 billion people, there will be a significant increase to 900 billion intelligent bodies. The pervasive use of intelligent bodies will place higher demands on networks. In the next decade, the value of networks will shift from "communication between people" to "interconnection of intelligent bodies", driving operators to transition from being "data pipelines" to "value service platforms", giving birth to a new industry space worth trillions of dollars.
