The total amount of tax payable and refundable by the company due to the issuance of value-added tax invoices by its suppliers Shanghai Yihongsheng Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Wangao Sports Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yuying Sports Technology Co., Ltd. from July 2020 to August 2023 has been determined to be 40.8143 million yuan. It is estimated that the total amount of additional tax payment and late fees for this will be approximately 41.31 million yuan, which will reduce the net profit for the year 2025 by around 30.98 million yuan after deducting income tax.
