On March 2, Guanjie Technology announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Vice President Zheng Wenjie on February 27, 2026. Due to personal reasons, Zheng Wenjie resigned from his position as a senior management member of the company, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. Zheng Wenjie's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is received by the Board of Directors.
