Report: The scale of government bond issuance in the Eurozone in March is expected to remain unchanged from that of February.
LBBW's Elmar Voelker said in a report that he expects the total issuance of Eurozone government bonds in March to be between 1,300 billion euros and 1,400 billion euros. The senior fixed income analyst said, "Based on historical seasonal patterns, we expect financing activity in March to be roughly in line with the previous month." However, he noted that the forecast issuance in March is higher than the 1,220 billion euros issued in March 2025.
