TCL, Cenviron and others jointly established an energy storage technology company in Inner Mongolia.

According to the app Qichacha, Inner Mongolia Guotian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with Zhang Xin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, power generation technology services, energy storage technology services, battery sales, and sales of power electronic components. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is jointly held by Guotian New Energy Technology Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and TCL Central Environmental Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Central Environmental New Energy Co., Ltd.
