58.com and Beijing Youth Political College recently held a school-enterprise strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. The two parties will focus on advancing the construction of two major platforms: first, the joint establishment of the "Modern Housekeeping Service Vocational Skills Research Institute." This institute will conduct research on the housekeeping industry, analyze talent demand, and compile white papers. Second, the unveiling of the "Housekeeping Service Industry College" at the same time. At the signing ceremony, 58.com released the "New Job Map of the Housekeeping Service Industry," which for the first time systematically defined the ability standards and development paths of three core positions: child growth companionship teacher, Hong Kong-style housekeeper, and housekeeping professional manager.
