During the Spring Festival in 2026, the average daily active customer number for international and roaming visits to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan reached 4.093 million, an increase of 20.4% compared to the Spring Festival in 2025. During the peak period from the fifth to the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, the daily active customer number for roaming visits reached its highest level, with an average of over 4.25 million active customers per day. The total mobile phone billing duration nationwide was 617.8 billion minutes, a decrease of 4.3% compared to the Spring Festival in 2025. The total number of mobile text messages sent nationwide was 42.1 billion, an increase of 1.2% compared to the Spring Festival in 2025. On the first day of the Lunar New Year on February 17th, the number of text messages sent reached 3.95 billion, which was approximately the same as in 2025.
