Hefu China announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount of litigation cases incurred by the company and its subsidiaries, branches for twelve consecutive months amounted to 142 million yuan, accounting for 12.08% of the most recent audited net assets of the company. Among them, the amount sought for active litigation rights protection and compensation is 103 million yuan, while the amount demanded for compensation in passive litigation is 38.8 million yuan. Some cases have already been tried in court, while others have not yet been heard or have not received a final judgment, making it difficult to determine the impact on the company's current or future profits.
