As approved by the Central Military Commission, starting from March 1st, the entire military will issue and use the "Chinese People's Liberation Army Reserve Personnel Certificate". The "Reserve Personnel Certificate" is a core document with high security features and identification, serving as a valid proof of identity for reserve personnel. The certificate number is a unique system-generated identity number. It will be issued to reserve officers, reserve NCOs, and reserve soldiers of the Chinese People's Liberation Army who are lawfully serving in the reserves after the implementation of the "People's Republic of China Reserve Personnel Law". The "Chinese People's Liberation Army Reserve Officer Certificate" will be immediately abolished.
