According to Hainan Daily, the "Opinions on Verifying and Dealing with Business Environment Issues in Hainan Province" was recently issued to promote a transformation in dealing with business environment issues from "passive handling" to "active prevention," from "individual case resolution" to "systematic management," and from "terminal management" to "source control". It has taken the lead in innovatively establishing a system mechanism for verifying and dealing with all processes related to business environment issues nationwide. In order to strengthen strict constraints, the "Opinions" will supervise the entire process of verifying and dealing with business environment issues, promote the integration of the 12345 hotline platform with the "supervision network" platform, strengthen the coordination between inspections and business environment work, and incorporate the handling of business environment issues into the business environment evaluation system. Units and individuals who exhibit inadequate work performance, evasion of responsibility, misconduct, or inaction will be interviewed and held accountable according to regulations. At the same time, an enterprise follow-up evaluation mechanism will be established, with business entity satisfaction as the fundamental criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of the work, in order to drive the implementation of responsibilities and a change in work style.
